Position Overview:

The Part-Time Workforce Development/OSHA Facilitator plays a crucial role in supporting the WDCE (Workforce Development and Continuing Education) team and instructors in executing training programs. Key responsibilities include managing online classrooms, overseeing test administration, creating educational materials (both printed and digital) and arranging physical classrooms for in-person sessions. The role may also involve occasional administrative tasks related to training program management.

All duties must be performed with a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service to students. The position allows for partial remote work, provided that a reliable internet connection is maintained.

Essential Qualifications:
