What tasks will I be performing as an engineering co-op?
You will assist in various stages of product development, including testing GRD (Grilles, Registers and Diffusers) products, analyzing performance data, creating CAD drawings, helping with new product prototypes and participating in cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
What qualifications do I need for this role?
You must be enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program and be on track to graduate within the next three years or less. CAD software experience is preferred, particularly in programs such as AutoDesk, SolidWorks and Inventor.

What kind of exposure and networking opportunities will I get during this program?
You will have the chance to interact and network with approximately 50 other interns and co-op students across the U.S. Additionally, you will be evaluated during your co-op term and have the opportunity to present your projects to company leaders and executives.
Will I be involved in any company-wide initiatives outside of my regular tasks?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to participate in Fundamental Fridays, where you will gain insights into the company’s business operations and meet business leaders. There are also opportunities for volunteering through company-sponsored events.
How will my performance be evaluated?
You will receive both a mid-term and final performance evaluation, which will help track your progress and identify areas of growth during your co-op experience.
