Key Responsibilities
- Mentoring and Support: Guide mid-level and junior staff by reviewing their work and providing clear, constructive feedback within a culture-focused environment.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly management reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts for client businesses.
- Client Communication: Interpret and communicate key insights from financial information and management reports to small business owners in an understandable manner.
- Xero Utilization: Use Xero to create dashboards that provide accurate and timely financial insights.
- Task Management: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of work.
- Client Queries: Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and advice, ensuring they receive the necessary support from our services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients, working collaboratively to achieve their business goals.

Requirements
- Education and Experience: Degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public practice.
- Professional Certification: CPA or CA qualified.
- Client Experience: Experience working with small business clients is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Xero, Xero Practice Manager and MYOB.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and review the work of junior staff.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 plus superannuation, based on relevant experience.
