Job Roles

Your role will involve writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting and debugging software issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our applications leverage the latest advancements. Your contributions will be integral to enhancing the functionality and performance of our software products, which serve a variety of industries including Finance and Healthcare.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proficiency in English: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration and effective problem-solving.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in JAVA development is required. This will be assessed through a technical interview and test.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Finance or Healthcare sectors is preferred, as it aligns with the industries we serve.
• Visa Requirements: You must be willing to undergo the multi-step immigration process to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and a Canadian visa.

Application Process

The process to move to Canada involves several stages and will take several months, including multiple interviews and application rounds. Throughout this period, Venuiti’s team will support you with assistance, guidance and any necessary help, drawing from our extensive experience with this process.

Here’s a general outline of the process, with advancement to each step contingent upon successfully completing the previous one:

1. Initial Evaluation: After receiving your application, we will conduct interviews, language assessments and technical evaluations. If you pass these stages, you will receive a job offer from Venuiti.
2. Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA): Upon accepting the job offer and signing the contract, Venuiti will apply for an LMIA. This government document is required for employers to hire foreign workers.
3. Visa Application: Collect and submit the necessary documents to your local Canadian Embassy. Once processed, you will receive your visa to enter Canada.
4. Relocation: Once you have your visa, you can make your way to Canada!
