As a Pilates instructor at Evergreen Rehab & Wellness, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients to enhance their muscular endurance, balance, stability and core strength. Job Description:
We are seeking a Pilates instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, guiding them to enhance their muscular endurance, balance, stability and core strength. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a Safe Environment: Ensure the Pilates studio is safe for all attendees by conducting thorough safety checks, identifying and addressing any risks and informing clients of safety protocols. You will also help clients feel comfortable and secure in their exercise routines.
- Teaching Pilates Classes: Conduct Pilates sessions for varying class sizes, from one-on-one sessions to groups of up to six participants.
- Promoting Pilates Benefits: Advocate for the advantages of Pilates and overall health benefits associated with exercise.
- Designing Pilates Programs: Develop customized Pilates programs tailored to clients’ postural types and abilities.
- Adapting to Client Needs: Teach classes that accommodate mixed abilities, offering necessary adaptations, progressions and modifications to meet diverse client needs.
